Hey hey! We’re back again and ready to train a new air step!
• Aerial of the Month is the Knickerbocker!
-We’ll be digging in on how to safely prep, spot, and throw the Knickerbocker, as well as work on general air safety and partnering tips.

• Who!? 3 hour afternoon workshop with AJ & Laura Glaess and YOU
• Partner is REQUIRED.
– We will not be rotating partners during this workshop, so come with someone you’re confident and comfortable dancing with!
• Come in workout attire
– Ex. Sweats, track suits, leggings, shorts, sneakers etc.
• $50/person
– Payments accepted are Cash, Venmo or PayPal and will be taken AT check in.
