About the Event

BTO Open is a Social-Focused WCS charity event held in Ottawa. This WSDC-pointed event offers more than comps. It’s about our fun activities, social dancing with a welcoming vibe, and dance lessons with Pro Staff who love to dance.

Social-focused activities: Don’t miss the Canucks Pub night, Down East Kitchen party & buffet*, Wrap Up party and our new Friday late-night buffet*. We again have the Floor Show, Pro Jam Toonie Toss, and Krazy Canuck Challenge. *Gold Pass required.

Social and competitive learning tracks: enjoy social-focused workshops in the main Ballroom. We’re introducing 3-part workshop seminars for All-levels, Intermediate, and Advanced competitors in the Workshop room. Those not having a Gold pass must purchase the levelled workshop pass.

Competitions to foster improvement: New for 2024, Pro Am routines and the Masters division.
