Save the date! Tony and Jaime are teaching a bootcamp style Collegiate Shag workshop. (Bootcamp style means you start from the first step, and then progressively move and more complex and at a very driving pace)
Bring lots of snacks and very comfortable and very slick shoes. Skip your cardio workout the day before.
