The Comeback: Frim Fram’s 20th Framiversary! feat. Eyal Vilner Swing Band & DJ Ryan Swift

Framily, our Thursday nights have not been the same without you! NYC has been through a lot since we last got together way back in March 2020. We’re still going through a lot, but we’ve been hard at work finding Fram a new (old) home, and getting back to what we love.

We are thrilled to announce that Frim Fram is back, and we’ll all be celebrating our return and our (belated) 20th anniversary! We are kicking off Fram 2.0 on Thursday, April 28th with the music of the Eyal Vilner Swing Band, DJ breaks from DJ Ryan Swift, and will have a free beginner lesson from our very own Heather Flock at 8:30pm. Open dancing starts at 9pm. Advance purchase of tickets is strongly recommended.

As always, the NYC swing dance community remains our priority – that means we are focused on keeping Frim Fram as safe, accessible, inclusive, and fun as possible. Masks and proof of vaccination are required.

The new space at You Should Be Dancing…! is gorgeous, brand new, and has everything you could ever want – the A/C is off the charts, water fountains with bottle filling stations, sprung floor! They’ve built it from the ground up and it’s spectacular.

We are just getting started, and we will continue to evolve Frim Fram as we return to a regular schedule in the weeks and months ahead. Stay tuned for more details on COVID policy, our regular Thursday schedule, special programming, and more.
