Gotham Jazz Festival

The twenties roar again at the 5th annual GOTHAM JAZZ FESTIVAL with 11 hours of dancing, lounging, n’ listening to nearly two dozen of NYC’s best hot jazz & swing bands… well over 100 musicians!

This festival is the culmination of all the events and musicians we work with throughout the year, and an amazing opportunity to hear many of your favorites in one place. We built the Festival for everyone, whether you want to sit and listen, or get up and dance! Our venue this year is the beautiful Downtown Association Club at 60 Pine St, which is a private social club from the same era of old New York City as our previous home at The Players Club… but significantly bigger!

The Festival is divided into two halves; you may purchase tickets for each half separately, or get a full day pass. The first half is more of a listening event (but one still has plenty of space to dance), and the second half is more like our larger parties (but you still can just listen)!

Following sold-out festivals in 2018 & 2019, Prohibition Productions and New York Hot Jazz Camp have teamed up again for our first festival post pandemic.

DRESS CODE: Proper attire requested – Retro Chic, Vintage, Suits, cocktail attire, or biz casual… think Boardwalk Empire, Gatsby, Mad Men. No shorts, t-shirts, torn/tattered jeans, workout or warm-up attire, fitness/athletic shoes, and ball/casual caps.
