The Swing Set with Samantha Pincus

After running our beloved swing dance classes for a while now, Samantha Pincus and I (Ryan Grose) are absolutely thrilled to extend a warm welcome to new dancers! Every Tuesday at 8 PM, join our swing dance family in small group classes.

What makes “The Swing Set” special?

Explore & Learn: Our group classes are designed to be exploratory and educational, helping you discover your own way to move. Whether you’re just beginning to find your voice or are a seasoned dancer, you’ll expand your vocabulary as we dive into big concepts and thoughtful rhythms.

Practice Makes Perfect: Practice has been the core of our approach, and now you can join us for a night of skill-building and creation with fellow intermediate-advanced dancers.

Groove to the Music: Get inspired with us as we gain insight from the improvisational magic jazz has to offer. Experience the joy of dance with us!

Admission: It’s only $20 at the door, payable by cash or Venmo.

Location: We’re located at Ripley Grier Studio #2C @ 939 8th Ave New York, NY

Please note: Dancers should be comfortable with basic lindy patterns like swingouts, circles, and tuck turns.
